- purchases and leases land and farms in East Germany. aims at generating current returns (3 % p.a.) and returns from value apreciation (5 % p.a.) – in combination with an effective protection against total loss and inflation.
- acquires profitable or potentially profitable farms in East Germany with a minimum of 1.000 hectares of which a minimum of 300 hectares is owned land.
- operates these farms with qualified personnel and partners. Focus is traditional crop-farming. Fast growing woods (short rotation coppice) shall enhance the value added where appropriate
- is set up as a company with no time limits. An exit of the whole company or of parts it through IPO, trade sale to a strategic investor (e.g. energy supplier) or to a financial investor is conceivable.
